1. How can I pay?

We will ship your product after receipt of payment. Various payment options are available to you, such as Google or Apple Pay, payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

2. How long does it take to receive my product?

We ship within 1-3 working days via PostPac Priority with registered mail so that the product reaches you as quickly as possible. The package will be delivered upon signature.

3. Where will the product be shipped from?

The product comes from our warehouse and is always stored in Switzerland, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description. For domestic orders (CH, Lichtenstein) there are therefore no customs fees. The warehouse is not located at the address included in the imprint, but in Switzerland (the address of the warehouse is not mentioned for security reasons).

4. What do I do if I really like the product?

You keep it :-) and speak positively of us - thank you! Recommendations to other dear people mean a lot to us and we are very grateful for them.

5. What do I do if I don't like the product?

The item you purchased doesn't fit? A return is possible under the conditions listed below.

Articles will be returned in the same condition (unworn, with the band tag attached by style!reloaded) after prior notification for a style!reloaded voucher (no money back) exchanged. Exception: There is no right of return for vouchers.

If there are signs of wear or the band tag is missing, style!reloaded reserves the right to refuse to return the goods and to send the purchased item back for a fee. Returns are not possible for purchases of reduced items or items from the "Budget" category.

The return must be registered with style!reloaded within 48 hours of the package arriving. After registration, you have one day to send the item by registered mail to style!reloaded. The cost of returning the item by registered mail is to be borne by the buyer.

If registration is made too late or the return shipment is delayed, the right of return expires.

As soon as the return has been received by style!reloaded, stlye!reloaded will inform you of the receipt of the return by email. A style!reloaded voucher worth the purchased product (no money back) sent by email.

We do our best to describe the items comprehensively so that returns are not necessary. As an online business in development, we rely on having as few returns as possible. Thank you for your support!

6. Gift voucher

Gift vouchers with different amounts are also available in our shop. There is no right of return for vouchers themselves.

7. Are the products really original?

Yes, they definitely are. The products go through a multi-stage authentication process: not only do we examine them, but also certified specialists to ensure maximum security. We guarantee the originality of our items!

8. Is the condition of the products described correctly?

We make every effort to describe the condition correctly. The condition can be seen in the pictures of the article in particular; we have specially stored these so that they can also be enlarged. In addition, you can immediately see what condition your favorite is in based on a score (e.g. good, good+ or very good).

9. What is the category " Budget"?

Here you will find items that show more signs of wear and are offered at a correspondingly lower price. These items are still wearable and have no defects/damage that would need to be repaired first. Here you can save money, offer a great item a new home and take a big step for the environment. Some of the original items here have been modified (for example: a wallet has been supplemented with a hanging device and chain so that it can be worn as a "wallet on a chain").

10. What do I do if the package has not arrived within the usual time?

Please contact us after about 4 - 5 working days if the package has not arrived. We have also found that with PostPac Priority there can sometimes be delays (public holidays, weekends, Christmas etc.). Please take such delays into account as well, thank you.

Since all packages are sent by registered mail, please also check your mailbox to see if there is a collection invitation from Swiss Post waiting for you.

11. Do you have a physical shop or store where you can view the items?

We are expanding style!reloaded step by step. At the moment, all items are sold online without exception and there is no shop. What is important to us is sustainable growth and not growing as quickly as possible. For our buyers, we see the advantage of this strategy, among other things, that the sales prices are cheaper than the market because we do not have to pay rent for a shop.

12. Is the shop currently only available in German?

This is no longer true - fortunately, you can now choose the language (German, French or English) in which you want to view the store.

Mobile: If you click on “Menu” at the top left, a small menu dropdown opens - at the bottom you can set the language yourself

Desktop version: at the top right in the black bar there is a drop-down menu for selecting the language.
